Three Oaks Cider Co. (Cider is cider in English) was established in 2008 and Ringo is the winemaker of Step Road Winery located in Langhorne Creek, Adelaide Hills, South Australia.

Founded and grown in the cool Adelaide Hills are both a wine region and South Australia's premier apple region.

Carefully hand-picked apples in the fields of four generations of apple farmers are crushed immediately after harvest and fermented with natural yeast for 10-14 days. The moderate sweetness of plenty of fruit, the natural acidity, and the rich taste of gentle tannins spread in a well-balanced manner along with a lively throat.
